How to become a Football volunteer:
Dunbar United Colts is an organisation run by volunteers but we are always on the lookout for help.
Every weekend, we have over one hundred boys and girls pulling on their boots to play and it simply would not happen without volunteers. We have a number of roles within the club, or you may wish to lend us your skills and expertise from the outside.
Learn to Coach:
Pick an option to suit you – Boys / Girls / Adults / 4-a-side / 5-a-side / 7-a-side / 9-a-side / 11-a-side. It is a challenging and satisfying way to spend time and the Club will provide training and resources.
Volunteer within the Club:
If you are happier off the pitch, you will find an array of behind the scenes jobs we are looking to fill. This varies drastically from being a Committee member (Chair / Vice-Chair / Secretary / Treasurer / Child Wellbeing and Protection Officer / Additional Signatory / Coach Co-ordinator) to editing the website / Promoting activity on Social Media / Communicating with teams / Updating Policy statements / Fundraising / Kit sizing and ordering. These roles can be with the club or individual age groups.
First-Aider:
Every team needs a first-aider (Approved course paid / organised by the club).

Alternatively, ask any age group Coach or contact us via the Website or Social Media.
We will ask you to come along and meet the Committee so we can further discuss the role (s) you may be able to fill, the Club’s expectations, policies and procedures.
