Dunbar Utd Colts AGM – CHANGE OF DATE
Apologies for the short notice, please note we’ve had to put back the AGM by one week following a family bereavement for one of the Executive committee members.
The AGM will now take place on Wednesday 30 September from 7.30-9pm by Microsoft Teams. The link and dial in details remain at the foot of this meeting invitation.
I would be grateful if all coaches who intend to participate could email me (if you haven’t already) at secretary@dunbarcolts.com to confirm your attendance so we have an idea of numbers. We’ll be putting this update on the Facebook page during the course of today, but please do share the information with other coaches and any parents/ guardians who may have expressed an interest in joining us at the AGM.
The AGM agenda and minutes from the Executive committee’s August meeting are attached again for information.
We also expect to be joined by one or two external people who are interested in the development of the Club.
